The Academy is an organisation that is committed to working with those in need in order to affect positive change. We work with delivery providers to access many funded programmes they can offer to people (and businesses) and as we develop and grow we will measure our impact and success in actual lives changed.

The examples below detail some of the areas we volunteer with. They are a reflection of the difference that communities can make when we come together to create lasting change.

Pathways to Recovery

Helping people
Pathways for Recovery aims to build a locally integrated employment service that tackles the significant impact that COVID 19 has had on the region. Our aim is to support those who have been most affected by the pandemic, both financially and individual’s mental health/wellbeing.

Digital Inclusion

Inclusion for all
Digitally-excluded people can lack skills, confidence and motivation, along with having limited or no access to equipment and connectivity. This can create additional layers of social exclusion and exacerbate social and economic problems. Getting online is usually life-enhancing and it can be life-changing!

Local Radio
Inspiration FM 107.8 in Northampton is a local radio station. It is a community based, self-funding station that has been running for over 20 years and offers opportunities for people to get into music.
