The Learning and Skills Academy CIC is a Social Enterprise based in Northamptonshire that aims to provide real opportunities for people to gain the skills they want and the employment opportunities they deserve.



We strive to create a better community for all and do this by working with a range of organisations to access and deliver a number of community based, commercially focused activities.


About Us


The Academy works with local stakeholders, funders and employers to help access training and employment opportunities and has access to a number of routeways and/or direct support that could help people in many areas - from funded childminding courses and CSCS cards through to understanding a range of life areas such as computers or how money works, universal credit or simply gaining self-confidence and self-belief....

Our Focus


We help communities and businesses develop together by empowering people of all ages with the access to opportunities to grow.

Education:

Providing Access to a range of programmes that offer life skills, confidence building and business relevant qualifications

Health:

Well-being and good health are essential to our lives. The Academy works with providers and partners to ensure that everyone can access the support they need - both physically and mentally

Community:

It takes an entire community to create change for the good. We work with Employers, Local Authorities and other interested parties to affect that positive change
